Delivery timing

In-stock orders are normally delivered in 3–5 working days after confirmation. Remote areas, public holidays and high-volume periods may add time. We will contact you if an item needs longer preparation.

Delivery fee

The current delivery fee and any complimentary-delivery threshold are calculated automatically at checkout from the settings maintained by our team.

Receiving your parcel

Please provide a reachable phone number and complete address. Inspect the outer parcel before accepting it and contact us promptly if it appears materially damaged in transit.
